I originally meet Stephen when he did a plumbing scope for a house we wanted to buy. He was able to see the plumbing problems a different plumbing company could not figure out. The information he provided saved us thousands of dollars. In our new home we needed a hot water heater repair. We called Stephen to repair it. This service provider is a great guy/owner. He knows his business. I liked him from my very first conversation with him that I actually had my tenant wait a week to service their unit.
